Changes on Gambling Law in Romania
It’s been taught recently for Gambling Business in Romania, the new project of taxation has just recently get approved, thing might change a lot, beside the application of the outdoor advertising restriction, the new amendments restrict the size to 35 sqm, the biggest changes are on the financial part, following are the comparison table:

a) Up to 5,000,000 euro / year, the guarantee is 1,000,000 euro; b) Between 5,000,001 up to 20,000,000 euro / year, the guarantee is 2,000,000 euro; c) Over 20,000,001 euro, the guarantee is 5,000,000 euro Note: starting with 2025, the guarantee is 5,000,000 euro, no matter the value of GGR.
